Pick-up guidelines, billing details and disposal rules.

Good to Know

For guaranteed pick-up, have your trash at the curb by 5:00 a.m., or put it out the evening before.
Billing is quarterly (every 3 months) and is an ongoing service.
Pay by check, money order, cash, or call us with your credit card information.
Pay online, edit your account information, or set up automatic payments at trashbilling.com using the 12-digit web account number on your invoice.
Call the office to put service on hold (inability to pay, long vacation, etc.) or to cancel. Service can only be held for 4 weeks or longer.
You are paying for weekly pick-up of six 30-gallon trash bags. Additional bags are subject to extra charges.
Bulk items: Minimum charge is $45 for loads under 1,000 pounds. Loads over 1,000 pounds are prorated based on $85 per ton.
Holiday route changes are stated on your quarterly invoice.

Furniture, TVs, carpeting, sinks, construction demolition, major appliances, grills, or items larger than a 30 gallon bag. The driver must be able to lift the bag or item.
Needles or sharp objects. Any broken glass should be well wrapped before disposing.
Hot coals, ashes, or lit cigarettes.
Yard waste such as grass clippings, brush or bushes, tree branches, dirt, or rocks.
Household hazardous waste — no flammables, corrosives, toxins, poisons, reactive materials, batteries, or asbestos. No propane cylinders.
