Examples: letters, construction paper, books (without hard covers), shredded paper and envelopes (plastic window is fine)
Steel Food Cans:
Includes only steel food cans: fruit, vegetable, soup, coffee, etc.
Steel cans should be rinsed - removing label is optional

NO ALUMINUM FOIL
Glass:
Includes any clear, green or brown glass food containers
Examples: alcohol bottles, spaghetti sauce jars and canning jars
Rinse glass container - removing label is optional.
NO WINDOW GLASS, NO DISHES, NO PYREX, etc.
Plastics:
Includes ONLY #1 and #2 plastics
Examples: milk jugs, water, drink, detergent, shampoo, condiment bottles
Oil and antifreeze containers taken only if clean.
Rinse out all containers. Discard lid in trash.
NO TOYS, HANGERS, TAKEOUT CONTAINERS, PLANT POTS, STYROFOAM OR OTHER PLASTICS
